TRAY BODIES ARE THE HEART OF OUR OPERATION WITH OUR MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE REACHING AS FAR BACK AS THE 1970’S WITH SOME OF THE FIRST COMMERCIALLY PRODUCED UTE BODY VEHICLES IN THE AUSTRALIAN MARKET. OVER THIS TIME, WE HAVE PERFECTED & REDEFINED OUR TRAY BODIES TO MEET CHANGING VEHICLE TECHNOLOGY & CUSTOMER NEEDS.

Steel

Our steel trays are designed & fabricated to suit the rigorous demands of hard-wearing applications. From the farm to the worksite these tough tray bodies are constructed with surface treated materials including galvanized steel frames & zinc-coated hardware, then finished in 2-pack paint to ensure superior corrosion protection.

Aluminium

With the same techniques & designs utilized in our steel tray construction, we fabricate a range of aluminium tray bodies with the same look as our steel product yet offering up to 30% weight saving. This weight saving can be most beneficial for those looking maximize payload. In addition, these trays are perfect for highly corrosive environments including beach & mine site work.

Flat-Pack

We offer a range of flat-pack trays for those looking for a budget option or quick delivery time. These trays can be provided for DIY assembly & installation with a plain mill finish to keep cost down.
