Ace Toolboxes

ACE Toolboxes & internal fit out modules are all constructed from 2.0mm, 5052 marine grade aluminium. Most applications for users of Macs Toolboxes are rigorous & harsh environments so the quality of these materials is integral to ensuring ACE boxes are built tough & will stand up to the job. Precision laser cutting is utilized to ensure cutting quality & consistency of the built product.

ACE Toolboxes use the DNA of MACS toolbox design utilizing features including triple fold door edges to ensure maximum weather resistance, base rails to provide clearance between tray body & toolbox as well as fully adjustable shelf rails to allow use for any operational requirement.

Hard wearing powder coat is used to finish the box, inside & out. We use 040 white powder coat which matches closely to most utes available on the market.

Stainless steel locking T handles, rubber door seals, gas struts & 1 x narrow width adjustable shelf are included with all ACE toolboxes.
